How do I become a wholesale buyer?
You'll need to register for a wholesale account and go through our approval process. Once approved, you'll have access to wholesale pricing. Accounts paying by e-transfer also receive an additional 5% discount.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
Orders of $350 or more qualify for free delivery. For orders below that threshold, pickup is available at our Abbotsford warehouse with no minimum required — and if you pay with cash at pickup, you get an extra 10% off.
What sauces do you carry and how are they priced?
We offer six ready-to-eat Vietnamese sauces: Peanut Sauce, Spicy Peanut Sauce, Fish Sauce, Chili Oil Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, and Spicy Hoisin Sauce. All are priced at $57/case of 12 (375 ml glass bottles), or $62/case ($8.50/bottle) at standard wholesale. All products are made in Abbotsford, Canada.
What is your lead time and delivery area?
Orders are typically ready within 3 days, with delivery taking approximately 2 days. We currently deliver throughout the Fraser Valley to Vancouver.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer. All orders are prepaid — no net terms are offered at this time. Prices are in CAD or USD and taxes are not included.
What is your refund and return policy?
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will provide a full exchange. Order cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice.
